Welcome to Nara Women’s University Secondary School!

Thank you for your interest in our school. Nara Women’s University Secondary School is one of three progressive, coeducational secondary schools, under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT). The school accommodates students in the 13-18 age range. Each grade is grouped into three* mixed ability “Homeroom” classes of approximately 40 students. (*Year 6 has four 30 student classes.)

The school is located in Nara, the ancient capital of Japan, which is surrounded by beautiful natural and cultural sites.
