The curriculum is divided into three key stages.

  • Key Stage 1 (Years 1 and 2)
This is an important time for students to acquire steadily the rudimentary basics of education. All the students follow a common course of study. There is no streaming.
  • Key Stage 2 (Years 3 and 4)
Great care is taken to ensure that the transition from lower to upper secondary education is as smooth as possible. Guided option choices are designed to develop the students’ own individual interests and abilities.
  • Key Stage 3 (Years 5 and 6)
More guided option choices are made at this stage to meet a variety of need of the students. Students at this stage forge a self-identity. The curriculum encourages students to be responsible for their own learning and offers various learning experiences.
